Booking & Arrival
Check-in opens at 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in is usually possible from noon in low season; late checkout to 2:00 pm is complimentary on Sundays and $60 otherwise.
Flexible rates need no deposit — we hold the room on your name alone. Advance-purchase rates are charged in full at the time of booking.
You can request one and we note it on your file. We honour it whenever the room is free on your arrival date, which is most of the time outside December to March.
Not in the rate, but our private transfer is $120 each way for up to four guests, booked through the concierge or added at checkout.

Policies & Payment
Flexible rates cancel free until 48 hours before arrival. Advance-purchase rates are non-refundable, but can be moved once to any date within twelve months at no charge.
No. State and local tax is 12%, and one $45 service charge covers the whole stay rather than each night. Both appear before you confirm.
All major cards, bank transfer, and cash in USD at the front desk. We do not accept cheques or cryptocurrency.
If the resort cannot open, every rate becomes fully refundable or movable at your choice — advance purchase included.

During Your Stay
Dogs under 15 kg are welcome in the garden bungalows and pool villas, at $50 per stay. Beds, bowls and a walking map are provided; pets cannot enter the restaurants or the spa.
The whole property is non-smoking indoors. Three designated terraces are provided, and vaping follows the same rule.
Marea asks for smart casual after 7:00 pm — no swimwear, no bare feet. Everywhere else is relaxed all day.
Yes. Fibre Wi-Fi runs throughout at 500 Mbps, every room has a proper desk, and the meeting pavilion can be booked by the half day.

Accessibility & Families
The main building, all three restaurants, the spa and eleven rooms are fully step-free, with lift access to every floor. The jetty and the two northern coves are not.
Six rooms have roll-in showers, grab rails, lowered fittings and wider doorways. Two of them connect to a standard room for travelling companions.
The kids marine club runs daily from 9:00 am for ages four to twelve, at no charge, along with a family pool, a shallow beach and children's menus in every restaurant.
Travel cots, high chairs, bottle warmers, blackout blinds and bed rails are all free — mention them on your booking so the room is ready when you arrive.
