Four stations, ninety minutes, and an order that actually matters.
Start cold — sixty seconds in the plunge is enough. Then the mineral steam for eight minutes, the warm flotation pool for as long as you like, and finally the shaded rest deck with a jug of iced hibiscus. Repeat twice if you have the afternoon.
Circuit access is included for suite and villa guests, and $65 per day for everyone else. Towels, robes and slippers are waiting in the changing pavilion.

Nothing but swimwear. Robes, towels, slippers, lockers and toiletries are all provided, and there are showers in both changing pavilions.
The circuit and treatment rooms are for guests aged sixteen and over. Under-sixteens are welcome at the family pool and in the kids marine club, which runs its own programme.
Two or three days in high season, same-day out of it. The couples pavilion books out furthest ahead — a week is safer.
